Spearheaded now by Sandeep Narang, Chief Designer and Managing Director, the brand now serves 3^rd generation of clientele.

Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like BVC for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

• Does ‘Hazoorilal By Sandeep Narang’ deliver internationally? 

Currently, we take orders for delivery only in India.

• Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the invoice. 

• Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 14 days? 

All shipping charges will be borne by us.

We offer Free Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all exchanges or refunds for all products within the 14-day money back policy.

• What is your Exchange & Buy-back Policy? 

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from ‘Hazoorilal By Sandeep Narang’, within India. The product along with the original invoice, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged based on its current market value, with deductions towards making charges.

‘Hazoorilal By Sandeep Narang’ uses only conflict-free diamonds which are obtained from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified through the worldwide recognized Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).

• What will my packing be like? 

Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive ‘Hazoorilal By Sandeep Narang’ gift boxes.

• Is my jewellery authentic ? 

All diamond and gemstone jewellery bought from ‘Hazoorilal By Sandeep Narang’ is authentic and all gold jewellery bought from ‘Hazoorilal By Sandeep Narang’ is BIS hallmarked. 

• I lost my jewellery invoice, can I get a duplicate? 

Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the invoice. 

• Can I re-size my Ring? 

In case your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and fro shipping. If the changes require any addition of gold we will only charge you the additional price.
